Ensure Dignity and Respect for Every Older Adult

For over 100 years, St. Barnabas Senior Services has been serving economically vulnerable older adults in Los Angeles County.

We are dedicated to creating transformative change in the lives of older adults so they can maintain their independence, reduce isolation, and improve their health.

Help us meet the immediate and emerging needs of older adults. Support our core services, technology initiatives, and advocacy work so that every senior can live well, feel well, and age well.

If you are an older adult or a caregiver, and need assistance, please contact the SBSS Center nearest you.

Featuring St. Barnabas Senior Services for May’s Older Americans Month 2023

The Los Angeles Department of Aging is celebrating Older Americans Month and this year's theme is "Aging Unbound." Sometimes forgotten by society and their families, seniors are celebrated for their contributions and their wisdom. The Department of Aging offers classes and activities for seniors so they can remain engaged and active. For a senior center close to you or for a list of classes and activities, visit Aging.LACity.org.

You may also find additional resources at the Los Angeles Department of Aging (213-482-7252), or Los Angeles County Department of Public Health.
